Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The competition is run by Yojin ("Promoter"), a UK-based online grocery delivery service.

2. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18+, excluding employees of Yojin or their immediate families. Entrants must provide a valid email address to join the Yojin waiting list.

3. How to Enter

No purchase or payment is required. To enter, sign up for Yojin's waiting/mailing list via our website before the closing date. Only one entry per person; duplicate entries will be void.

Eligibility & Entry Details

Entry Requirements

To participate in this competition, entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Yojin and their immediate family members are excluded from participation. All entrants must provide a valid email address when joining the Yojin waiting list.

Entry Process

Entry to the competition is completely free - no purchase or payment is required. To enter, simply sign up for Yojin's waiting/mailing list through our official website. The competition is limited to one entry per person, and any duplicate entries will be automatically void.

Prizes & Winner Selection

4. Prizes

🏆 Main Prize (1 winner): A 3-night stay in a 4-star (or higher) UK hotel (exact location/dates subject to availability, excludes travel costs).

🎁 Secondary Prizes (2 winners):

• One (1) brand-new iPad (model TBD).
• One (1) £50 Yojin gift card (valid for 12 months from Yojin's launch).

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Yojin reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if unforeseen circumstances arise.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen at random via a computerized draw within 7 days of the closing date. Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be redrawn.

6. Prize Fulfillment

The hotel stay must be booked within 12 months of notification; blackout dates may apply. The iPad Mini will be delivered to a UK address within 28 days of winner confirmation. The £50 gift card will be emailed upon Yojin's official launch.

General Terms

The Promoter's decision is final. Yojin reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if fraud or technical issues arise. By entering, participants agree to publicity (e.g., winner announcements on social media).

9. Governing Law

This competition is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

Competition Integrity

Yojin reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Yojin shall be final and binding.

Publicity Rights

By participating in this competition, winners consent to the use of their name and general location (city/town) for publicity purposes, including but not limited to announcements on social media, website, and other marketing materials, without additional compensation.
