First steps
- Open the Training Portal and enter your email address.
- Watch the training videos in order — they explain the workflow.
- Complete each quiz right after the matching video.
- Finish all modules until your status shows complete.
Tip: If you’re using a phone, keep training open in one tab and your email/messages in another.
Invites & access
I didn’t receive the training email
- Check spam/junk folders.
- Search your inbox for “Yojin” and “training”.
- If you used a different email for signup, try that one.
- If it’s still missing, contact support below and include your name + phone number.
The link opens but I can’t continue
- Go back to the Training Portal and re-enter your email.
- Try refreshing the page.
- Try a different browser (Chrome or Safari recommended).
It says my email is invalid
- Make sure there are no spaces.
- Double-check spelling (e.g., gmail.com vs gmal.com).
- If you’ve changed email since applying, contact support so we can update your profile.
Progress & completion
Video won’t play / keeps buffering
- Switch to Wi‑Fi if possible.
- Close other apps using data (YouTube/TikTok/streaming).
- Try a different browser.
- Refresh the page and restart the video.
Quiz answers don’t submit
- Make sure every question is answered before submitting.
- Disable ad-blockers for the training page if you have them.
- Refresh and try again.
I completed a module but it still shows incomplete
- Give it 30–60 seconds, then refresh.
- Complete the quiz again to ensure it saved.
- If it still won’t update, contact support with your email and a screenshot.
On-road standards
- Watch first, quiz after: Don’t skip ahead — it’s designed to reduce mistakes on real deliveries.
- Use clear audio: Headphones help if you’re in a noisy environment.
- Be ready for real scenarios: Know what to do if items are unavailable, receipts are unclear, or customers don’t answer.
- If unsure, ask: It’s always better to check than guess.

If you’re stuck, message support with:
- Your full name
- Your email + phone number
- A screenshot of the issue (if possible)
