If your card is declined on our website, double check what you've entered is correct, if so, please contact your bank to ask why. They can usually provide an answer and help resolve it.
How do I place an order?
Enter your postcode on the homepage, at www.yojin.co.uk. If delivery is available in your area, you can browse your local virtual store and add items to your basket.
Can I order alcohol or cigarettes?
Age-restricted items can only be delivered to customers who can provide valid ID at the door. This will be checked upon delivery by our trained drivers.
Can I pay with cash?
Payments are made online. We do not currently accept cash on delivery.
